• We are not responsible for damage to undisclosed or improperly marked items

6. Workmanship & Limitations

We strive to deliver high-quality work; however:

• Natural elements (weather, soil, plant health) are beyond our control

• No guarantee is made on plant survival unless explicitly stated in writing

• Results may vary based on environmental conditions

7. Liability

• We are insured; however, liability is limited to the value of the services provided

• We are not responsible for pre-existing property damage or conditions

• We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control
